Beauty Girl
When I wake Olivia up each morning, my first words to her are usually, "It's time to wake up my Beauty Girl." She is a beauty inside and out.

Tea Time
For the second year now, Olivia, mom & Mema Ross and I attended the Matthew's Women's Club Victorian Tea. It is such a wonderful event. It's hosted at a historial home in downtown Matthews and completely puts in you the mood for Christmas. There are carolers, a little boutique with locally produced gifts, stunning decorations and of course wonderful finger foods and Earl Grey tea. To be able to share this as four generations of ladies is pretty special.

Thanksgiving Recap
I'm a little bit late on this but as usual this time of year, things are pretty busy! For Thanksgiving this year we headed to my Mema Millwood's house. We haven't celebrated a holiday at her house in a while, so it was nice to go back and see family that we don't get to visit with all too often. The food was delish and the company felt like home. Everything Thanksgiving should be.

Wedding Bells
The big day finally arrived. Unkey Rort married Auntie Sara. It was beautiful. It was emotional. It was a celebration. It was everything a wedding should be. My heart melted and broke over and over that day. Truthfully I just don't have words to appropriately describe the day.
My beautiful family was just that... beautiful. I didn't take too many pictures. I was too busy taking in the day and running around after my babes. Hopefully I'll be able to post a few more pictures once the ones from the official photographers come in. iPhone snaps certainly won't do the day justice.
Congratulations to Roger & Sara. We were so blessed to be part of your day.

Rainforest Cafe
One of our days took and unexpected twist and lead us to a pretty cool lunch with the kiddos. The tuxedo store that Ace and Ollie had to pick up their duds for the wedding was at Yorkdale mall. We figured we would try on the tuxes and just walk around the mall a little while. But as soon as we arrived we realized there was a Rainforest Cafe. Olivia actually went to the Rainforest Cafe at Niagara Falls when she was a year old but of course doesn't remember it and Ace had never been. It is now officially their favorite place. Given our mid-week, late lunch we pretty much had the place to ourselves. So cool.
Ace wasn't too sure about the "thunderstorms."
We capped off our lunch with the awesome volcano dessert.

Her Tooth and Her Heart
We interrupt our vacation recap to bring you some breaking news.
I remember it like yesterday. My baby girl's first tooth appeared. Now it seems they are disappearing. Olivia lost her very first tooth yesterday. I can hardly remember the last time I've seen her THIS excited.
So as you can imagine the Tooth Fairy stopped by our house last night. She dropped off 5 $1 bills sprinkled in fairy dust. The first words out of my girl's mouth were that she wanted me to have the money for Christmas. Oh, my heart. It just about burst in my chest, right then and there. I told her absolutely not and that she should keep the money and do something special for herself. A few minutes later she came and asked me if she could give 1 of her dollars to Ace. Again, my heart. I told her if that's really what she wanted to do, she could. I hope this giving, selfless nature that Olivia posesses lasts her whole life. I swear she makes me a better person, not the other way around.

Ripley's Aquarium
A new actraction in Toronto is Ripley's Aquarium Canada. I'm not sure how long it's been open but it was new since our visit last year. This place was simply awesome. There was so much to see and do which made for a perfect outing with the kids while Ollie had to run best man errands with Uncle Roger.
The kids have now declared that this is in fact their favorite place to visit in TDot.

So if Livie was a fish, she would be worth $887.75.
And Ace would be worth $646.20. No, I didn't see how much I would be worth but it would be alot. :)
I loved this the tunnels and bubbles that the kids could crawl into. It was like they were inside of the fish tanks.
They actually had a display that showed what you could find in a sharks belly. It's not what you are thinking. Nothing gross. It was things like watches, soda cans, etc. My favorite shark food item was a South Carolina license tag. :) At least they have good taste.
The kids said their favorite part was touching these sharks. Pretty cool. I wish I was able to get a picture of Ace touching the shark but I had to hold him up so he could reach them.
Future actress?? :)
Thanks Ripley's Aquarium. We'll definately be back!
