Thanksgiving ala Chandhok

When we headed off to Canada one of the many things going on while we were there was the Canadian Thanksgiving. It's pretty much the same there as it is here, unless you are celebrating with Ollie's family. There was not a turkey or casserole to be found. What there was was lumpias, butter chicken, naan, samosas, Cantonese noodles, etc. It was crazy good. I actually loved how different it was. Our family got the best of both worlds this year with our Thanksgiving festivities - the exotic and the traditional still to come. One thing that's the same was spending time with family. That really is always my favorite part. It had been so long since we were last there and getting to see everyone was wonderful.

Just SOME of the food.
