Happy Birthday Ace!

Two years ago today our sweet Ace was born.  It was one of just a few days of my life that just completely changed everything.  I know it's been said forever but it has truly felt like a second ago he was born and now somehow he's 2.  My baby boy is up to so much these days:

- He loves playing on mommy's iPad.  He amazes me with how great he is at the puzzles and bowling games. 
- He loves music.  He loves for me to sing to him at night.  His favorite is "Tomorrow" from Annie.  It fits his disposition completely.
- He also likes to sing along with songs in the car.  His absolute favorite is Needtobreathe's "Lay 'em Down" (or Clap Stomp as he calls it).  Hearing him sing is sooo precious.
- He loves blocks.
- He loves water.  Many nights we take a family walk down the greenway.  We always stop to throw rocks in the creek.  He hates to leave and always says, "night, night wa wa" when we leave.
- He loves balls.  Basketballs especially.  He's already pretty good at shooting hoops on the basketball goal that our awesome neighbors got him for his birthday (have I mentioned before our neighbors are incredible).   
- This one is going to sound a little weird but he has the best eye brows.  They are so expressive.  You can instantly tell how he feels about something just by his eye brows. 
- Nothing really seems to bother him at all - everything just rolls off his back. 
- He is loved.  Oh that boy is so, so loved by his family.
