The Burbs are Alive

Our local town festival takes place over Labor Day weekend.  Last year we took the kiddos and went with Unkey Rog and Aunt Sara.  This year Ollie and I were on our own but we had so much fun!  The weather could not be been any more perfect.

Livie Loo loved the parade.  Ace didn't care for it much aside from the bands.

That is one tall clown.

A monkey!  (I think Liv thought he was real.)  She was so cute waving back at everyone in the parade.

My crew.  :)

Look ma no hands!

Round and around she goes.

Bouncing Queen!

Obviously Liv really enjoyed the rides.  And look out because "when she's 10 years old" she's going to ride the farris wheel that flips you over.  All the while, sweet Acey just waited and waited.  Until...

He finally got to make his carnival ride debut.  He LOVED it.  He's pretty adventurous so I wasn't too surprised.

I love how he just knew how to hold on.  Just think "when he's 2 years old" he can ride the doggy ride and motorcycle.
