Before we even walked in we could see the birthday party hats inside. Livie loves a party hat. In fact she calls them her "Ta Ra Ra Boom De Ay" hats. Apparently my mom has a Barney birthday video in which they sing the song and wear the hats.
After the inital excitement over the hats Livie was a little hesitant to get started with the activities and wanted me to hold her but after a few minutes she warmed right up and played on the monkey bars, mat slides, balance beam and pretty much everything they had in the room. What a great place for a party!

we love gymboree! looks like a great place for a party, too. LOVE the new ace picture, he is definitely concentrating hard on football. perhaps he is the panther's lucky charm, keep him watching! :)
